This website belongs to CY Smart Solutions. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
What's here
This site describes what CY Smart Solutions builds and provides one way to reach us — the contact form. It isn't a store, and nothing on it is an offer to sell at a stated price.
Sending us a message
The contact form opens WhatsApp with your message filled in; sending it is asking us to get in touch about your enquiry. It doesn't create a contract between us. Any agreement to build or supply software is made separately, in writing.
Links to other sites
This page links to the Smart Sarthi and Video Sarthi sites, each of which has its own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for content on sites we link to.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in TODO(business): jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
