Who we are

This website is operated by CY Smart Solutions, India. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you use the contact form on this site.

What we collect

This website has no form backend and stores nothing you type. When you pressSend on WhatsApp, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing what you filled in:

  • Your name and phone number (required)
  • Your business name, email address and message (as you provide them)
  • Which product or service you said you're interested in

Nothing reaches us until you press send inside WhatsApp. The message then arrives on our business WhatsApp number and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Your browser keeps a copy of the composed message for the current tab only, so the follow-up page can reopen WhatsApp or let you copy it; it is cleared when the tab closes.

We do not use cookies or tracking scripts to follow you around this site. Page traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry — on WhatsApp, by phone or by email — and to understand what you're asking us to build. We don't use it for anything else.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not use it to train AI models. Data you give us stays with us.

Where it's stored

Messages you send us stay in our business WhatsApp account. This website itself is static, holds no database and receives no copy of your message.

How long we keep it

Your rights
