Attendance you can trust

Check in and out from the staff member's own phone. A live GPS position and a camera selfie are both required. The server rejects a punch without them, and old gallery photos can't be used.
Geofence per branch. Each branch has coordinates and a radius you set. A punch outside it is refused.
Field staff can be marked roaming and check in from any site.
Branch and Region Heads who travel can punch at any branch they manage. The record captures the branch they're actually at.
Work from home is a request their manager approves, like leave. GPS is still captured and the punch is visibly tagged.
Forgot to check out? The system closes it at shift end, and logs that it did.
Missed a punch? Staff raise a correction with a reason. A manager approves and the record is written.

Payroll, end to end

Create a run for the month. The system assembles every input itself: attendance, approved leave, holidays, week-offs, salary structure and outstanding advances.
Present, week-off, holiday, loss-of-pay and payable days per person. Prorated earnings against each employee's salary structure.
PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund, with PT and LWF applied per state, so Gujarat and Maharashtra staff are each handled correctly.
Extra pay for working a designated week-off, at a multiplier you set. Loan and advance instalments deducted automatically against a running balance.
Draft, Lock, Release. Review and correct while it's a draft, with a per-employee net-pay override. Lock freezes the inputs. Release lets staff download their own payslips.
Out of one run: payslip PDFs with your logo, a bank transfer reference file and a statutory summary, all as CSV.
Staff categories control who the statutory rules apply to. On-roll staff get the full deductions, off-roll staff get none, part-time staff are paid a fixed monthly amount.

Leave, work from home and tasks

Leave types, yearly entitlements and carry-forward are yours to configure.
Staff see their own balances, apply for full or half days, and track the decision. Cancelling restores the balance automatically.
Managers approve or reject. Region Heads and HR can step in on anything pending.
Tasks go to one person or an entire branch, with a deadline and a recorded voice note for where typing is slow. Overdue tasks flag themselves.
WhatsApp messages when it matters: task assigned, deadline approaching, leave or work from home raised and decided.

Security and hosting

Login is a mobile number and a WhatsApp OTP, for every role. No passwords to reset, leak or share.
Deactivating someone logs them out everywhere, immediately.
Each company's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code alone.
Hosted on a server in an Indian data centre, with no ports open to the internet. Nightly backups.
KYC is numbers only: PAN and Aadhaar digits, never scanned document images.

Reports and the audit trail

Every report filters by date, branch and region, and exports to CSV: daily and monthly attendance register, late arrivals and absenteeism, leave taken, leave balances, joiners and exits, monthly salary register, loan and advance outstanding, and the PF, ESI, PT and LWF summary.
Every meaningful action is recorded: each create, edit, delete, role change, punch, leave decision, loan change and payroll lock, with what changed, who did it and from which IP.

Who sees what

Five role levels, and a person can hold more than one.

Can staff mark attendance with an old photo or from home?
